Pilates Cadillac Intermediate is the next step on the Cadillac and Tower after completing the Beginners level. The course adds new exercises to your repertoire and takes the beginner-level exercises further, increasing their complexity to challenge clients who are ready to progress.
As with the Beginners course, this level continues to draw on the original Romana's Pilates repertoire, preserving the authenticity of the classical method and its unique, apparatus-specific exercises on the Cadillac, the Tower, and Cadillac/Reformer and Tower/Reformer transformer equipment.
