These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of artofpilatesacademy.com (the "Site"), operated by PRIME ART OF PILATES GYM & PILATES ACADEMY L.L.C, trading as ART OF PILATES ACADEMY ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Terms specific to course enrollment are set out separately in our Public Offer.

1. Website Ownership

The Site, including its content, design, and underlying code, is owned and maintained by PRIME ART OF PILATES GYM & PILATES ACADEMY L.L.C.

2. Use of the Site

• You must be 18 years or older to submit forms, register interest, or transact on the Site.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information in any form you submit.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you (for example, for our online learning platform).

3. Intellectual Property

All text, images, video, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of the Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

4. Course Information & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep course descriptions, schedules, and pricing on the Site accurate and up to date. However, details may change, and we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is error-free at all times. Where a discrepancy arises between the Site and a written quotation or confirmation sent to you, the latter shall prevail.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites, apps (including our partner mobile application), or services (such as WhatsApp or payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any information published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
