Public Offer / Enrollment Agreement

This Public Offer ("Offer", "Agreement") is published by PRIME ART OF PILATES GYM & PILATES ACADEMY L.L.C, trading as ART OF PILATES ACADEMY ("Academy", "we", "us"), registered in [TBD: emirate/free zone], UAE, trade license no. [TBD]. It constitutes a formal offer, within the meaning of UAE law, to any individual ("Student", "you") to enter into an agreement for Pilates instructor training services on the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of the Offer

This Offer is accepted, and a binding agreement is formed, when you do any of the following: (a) submit an enrollment/application form on artofpilatesacademy.com; (b) make full or partial payment for a course; or (c) otherwise confirm in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) that you wish to enroll. Acceptance confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to this Offer, our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Courses Offered

The Academy provides classical Pilates instructor training in the following formats:

• Offline (in-person) courses delivered at Art of Pilates Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE, and other locations we may designate;
• Online courses delivered via our e-learning platform, including instructional video, expert commentary, and remote examination.

Course content, curriculum, disciplines (including but not limited to Mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, and Chair), schedule, and instructors are as described on the Site at the time of enrollment and may be updated by the Academy from time to time to maintain training standards.

3. Fees and Payment

• Course fees are as published on the Site or as quoted to you directly at the time of enrollment, and are stated in [TBD: AED / USD], inclusive of applicable VAT.
• Full payment (or a deposit, where offered) is due before you may begin the course or attend any session.
• We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout or communicated to you by our team. We do not accept payment from OFAC-sanctioned countries or entities.
• Students must be 18 years of age or older to enroll and pay for a course.

4. Grants and Scholarships

Where a training grant or discounted placement is offered (for example, in exchange for a guaranteed employment commitment within the Art of Pilates studio network), the specific terms of that grant will be set out separately in writing and form part of this Agreement for the relevant Student.

5. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, including any required practical and theoretical examinations, the Student will receive a certificate/diploma from the Academy. Certification is conditional on meeting the Academy's attendance, competency, and examination standards; it is not guaranteed by enrollment or payment alone.

6. Career Opportunities

Top-performing students may be offered the opportunity to work within the Art of Pilates studio network. Any such offer is at the Academy's sole discretion, subject to a separate employment or engagement agreement, and is not a guaranteed outcome of enrollment.

7. Waiver of Liability & Informed Consent (Offline Courses)

For in-person training, by enrolling you acknowledge and agree that:

• Attendance and use of the Academy's facilities and equipment are at your own risk;
• You are in good physical condition and have no illness, injury, or condition that would prevent you from safely participating in physical training, and you will inform the Academy promptly if this changes, including in case of pregnancy, providing medical clearance where required;
• You release the Academy, its owners, employees, and agents from claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damage sustained on or around the premises, except where caused by the Academy's gross negligence or wilful misconduct;
• The Academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property;
• You agree to follow all studio rules, safety regulations, and instructor guidance.

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to attend punctually, engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students, and comply with studio and platform rules. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove a Student from a course, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct, safety violations, or breach of this Agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, video content, and branding provided as part of the training remain the intellectual property of the Academy (or its licensors). Students may use materials for personal study only and may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written consent.

10. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of this Offer.

11. Changes to This Offer

The Academy may amend this Offer from time to time; changes take effect once posted on this page and apply to enrollments made after that date. Students already enrolled remain governed by the terms in force at the time of their enrollment, unless a change is required by law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Offer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from this Offer, course delivery, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
