Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for courses offered by PRIME ART OF PILATES GYM & PILATES ACADEMY L.L.C, trading as ART OF PILATES ACADEMY. It applies to both online and offline (in-person) courses enrolled in via artofpilatesacademy.com, and forms part of our Public Offer.

1. Before the Course Starts

• Cancellations made at least [TBD, e.g. 14 days] before the course start date are eligible for a refund of course fees paid, less a non-refundable registration/administration fee of [TBD, e.g. 10%].
• Cancellations made within [TBD, e.g. 14 days] of the course start date are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future course intake at the Academy's discretion.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to palm@artofpilates.ae. We do not accept cancellations made only by phone or WhatsApp.

2. Once the Course Has Started

• Once a course has commenced, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
• Missed sessions, whether online or in-person, are not eligible for a refund or automatic make-up session. Where reasonably possible, and at the Academy's discretion, we will try to help a Student catch up on missed material.
• Clients may not attend any session unless the applicable fee has been paid in full prior to the class.

3. Rescheduling

• A request to move to a later course intake, made at least [TBD, e.g. 7 days] before the course start date, may be accommodated subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of [TBD].
• Course/package validity may be extended by one month for a fee of [TBD, e.g. AED 150], subject to these Terms.

4. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

If the Academy cancels or postpones a course (for example, due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability), Students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future intake at no additional cost.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued only through the original mode of payment and are typically processed within 10–45 business days, depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration/administration fees, once paid;
• Certification/examination fees, once the examination has been taken;
• Course materials that have already been shipped, downloaded, or accessed online.
